How do I report a problem or repair?

If a repair is required inside your property ("demised") it is your responsibility to organise the works. If the repair is to the main structure of the building or the shared areas ("common parts") then please contact us:

  1. Customer Portal - the easiest and quickest way to report a repair is via your online customer portal, available 24/7. Click here
  2. Email - [email protected] including details of your request with photos if possible
  3. Phone - call our team on 0121 289 4315 and select Option 1.


For urgent matters and emergencies, please call our team on 0121 289 4315 as soon as possible.

For emergency repairs outside our opening hours, please call our out of hours service on 0121 728 4434.
