My sale has progressed quickly and I now require information urgently, what can I do?

We will always endeavour to get all requested information over to you in good time. Generally, we have a 10 working day turnaround on providing sales packs and a 5 working day turnaround on providing responses to emails we receive. During busy periods, our responses may be slower but we will be working hard to get you the information you require as soon as possible.

If you require information urgently, please do let us know and, providing we are able to, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. However, we would ask that you refrain from having multiple parties sending various emails chasing information. This can often delay things as it causes confusion.
