My purchase has completed but I am yet to receive a welcome pack from Principle Estate Management. How can I fix this?

In order for the account relating to the property you have purchased to be updated with your details, we require a Notice of Transfer. A Notice of Transfer is a legal document which confirms that a change in the ownership of your property has taken place.

In most cases, it is the Freeholder agent who this Notice will be served on and we will then receive a copy. However, in some cases, it is Principle Estate Management who will receipt the Notice. This is all confirmed within the sales pack your seller purchased at the beginning of the sales process which will have been provided to your solicitor.

It is up to your solicitor to serve the Notice of Transfer correctly.

Unfortunately, as frustrating as it may be, we cannot add your name to an account without first having sight of the Notice of Transfer.

If you are experiencing a delay in having the details on the property you have purchased updated, we would suggest that you contact your solicitor in the first instance and ask them to ensure that they served the Notice of Transfer correctly.
